Our AI Kickstarter is a program designed to help education institutions begin or expand their use and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and the full capabilities within Microsoft's AI platform. We guide leadership teams to transform initial ideas into actionable strategies using Microsoft’s AI platform, through four sessions crafted to establish a strong foundation for your education organisation’s AI journey.

3. Adoption & Building an AI Culture: Create a change and engagement plan for school leaders, educators, and support staff. Build a core adoption team and foster scenario‑based uptake to drive efficiency and better learning and operational outcomes.

4. Vision, Goals & Success for AI: Collaboration between ASI experts and your steering group to shape an institution-wide AI vision, define clear objectives, and prioritise a roadmap for sustainable educational and operational excellence.
