Frontline Worker: 1-Wk Use-case Implementation

The Frontline Workers Program, Metro Systems will provide workshop and implementation (1 use-case) services to assist customers in generating ideas for increasing efficiency and productivity of their Frontline/Frontline Worker. The price list is for estimation only, the actual price will depend on the final scope of work.

• Frontline Worker Workshop: Modern Work & Security
• 1 Use-case Implementation based on Microsoft 365, Power Platform

• Allows customers to see how they can enhance their Frontline Worker productivity, efficiency, and performance in general
• Generate use-cases that are relevant to the customer

Expected outcomes:

• Assist customers in ideation and create meaningful solutions
• Workshop outcomes: Identify potential blockers and challenges, understand and address your Frontline Worker needs
• Implement a quick & simple 1 solution based on use-case generated in the Workshop

Scope of Work (workshop 3 days):

• Pre-assessment of what customer expects from the workshop
• Provide experienced Devs and Program Managers to run the workshops
• Brief agenda as follows: (Day 1) Overview, Kick-off, Questionnaires for participants (Day 2) Solutions Conversations: Different solutions for Frontline Workers in various industries and how it relates to them (Day 3) Scenarios deep-drive, Demo, Finalize solutions that are applicable to customers for quick-win and choose one for implementations.

Scope of Work (implementation ~1 wk):

• Implement a solution based on the generated use-case during the workshop. The solution should not take more than 1 wk to complete.

• Reports and Recommendations
• Solution Plan and ideation templates
• 1 quick-win solution implementation
