Microsoft 365 Security Baseline: 3-WK Assessment

Collaboration and communication has never been more easy with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Yammer. These Microsoft 365 components allow your users to have access to information and documents, regardless of the time, location or device and sharing information is instantly available.

People are rapidly becoming accustomed to this new way of work. But, what if we study this new way of working from a Security, Risk and Compliance perspective? Are we able to adequately protect our company information, especially sensitive information? Can we collaborate successfully with external partners, while still being in control of security? And will we be able to comply with applicable legislation and regulations, both national and international?

Secure and controlled collaboration with Microsoft 365 requires a firm baseline. The Motion10 Security Baseline for Microsoft 365 was designed precisely for that purpose. Working together with you, our consultants address the most common set of baseline security measures. When applicable and if possible, implementation of controls or measures is performed during the assessment.

Agenda

The subjects that are addressed during the three week assessment include Multifactor Authentication (MFA), external collaboration settings for Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 and Mobile Device Management (MDM). Part of the baseline is a specific (made to measure) security-scan of your current Microsoft 365 environment.
