Teamleader Focus for Excel connects your spreadsheet to your Teamleader Focus account. Map your columns once, pick the customer, and the add-in creates the quotation or invoice in Teamleader for you. Built for teams who quote and bill from Excel and want their CRM to stay the single source of truth.

What you can do:

• Map spreadsheet columns to line items, then create the quotation or invoice in Teamleader Focus in one step.

• Search and select an existing Teamleader customer without leaving Excel.

• Choose the right department/entity so documents land in the correct place.

• Calculate driving distance and travel time between addresses and write them back into your sheet (optional, configurable per organization).

• Work in your language: available in Dutch, English, French and German.

Subscription requirements:

• Teamleader Focus account. Purchased separately from Teamleader at https://teamleader.eu. Any active Teamleader Focus plan is supported; quotations and invoices are included in every Teamleader Focus plan. Users sign in with their existing Teamleader credentials.

• Microsoft 365 with Excel (Excel on the web, Windows desktop, or Mac).

• Operative onboarding. After installing, contact contact@operative.pro so we can link your Teamleader organization to our platform. This is a one-time setup; the add-in then works for every user inside that Teamleader organization.
