How it works
- Kickoff and setup: we connect Azure Migrate and partner discovery tools with read-only access.
- Landscape walkthrough (30–60 minutes): your business priorities, constraints and key applications.
- Rapid assessment (first week): inventory, configuration and initial Azure sizing of your servers and databases.
- Deep discovery* (1–2 weeks): utilization metrics and application dependency mapping, so sizing, cost and migration waves reflect how your systems actually run.
- Assessment workshops (4–8 hours): we work through applications, data, security and operations with your architects and owners.
- Analysis and proposal (about a week): our architects build the target design, migration plan and cost model.
- Proposal walkthrough (60 minutes): findings and recommendations for leadership and IT.

- Your environment today: inventory of servers, databases and applications, utilization and dependencies
- Gaps and risks: end-of-support systems, security and resilience gaps, and blockers to migration
