Assessment: we understand the needs, vision and expectations of each business to identify the best collaborative space for the company.

Delivery: based on the expectations and needs of the organization, we enable the desired collaboration environment to ensure a unified and simple user experience.

Managed Services: our service model allows the customer to bring these projects to the OPEX model, pay per user per month and enjoy the services experience and can focus on business strategy activities.

Terms and Conditions

The price is an average of the services, but it can depend more or less on the business model and the actual context of the customer. The services cost will be defined based on the client's needs, the number of meeting rooms to be set up, or the expectation of the services the customer has (services on demand)

SoftwareONE can provide two business model scenarios:

Managed Services business model: Professional services, Teams Rooms Solution deliver and Managed Services (Management, Support, and Monitoring) with contracts of 12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 months.
OneTime services model: Only include Professional services and Teams Rooms solution delivery.

To have a precise amount of the services will be necessary to have an advisory to be aware and cover all the business outcomes and make sure the offer and the cost include everything.
