Our Azure Well-Architected Review (WAR) session helps cloud architects and developers build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient infrastructure for their applications and workloads. We base the review on the five Azure pillars — The Azure Well-Architected Framework is a set of guiding tenets used to improve the quality of a workload. The framework consists of five pillars of architectural excellence: Reliability, Security, Cost optimization, Operational excellence, and Performance efficiency.

The assessment typically takes 4-8 hours of discovery time. Our certified Azure Solution Architects will spend time virtually with your key stakeholders to assess a specific business-critical workload against the five Azure pillars of the well-architected framework.

At the completion of the review session, our experts will provide you with a report outlining any optimization recommendations identified and a roadmap for immediate and long-term improvement based on your business requirements. In addition, we will provide the level of effort, necessary requirements, recommended architecture, cost, and timeframe to resolve issues that impact your workloads. In summary, at the completion of the WAR session, you will have a sound understanding of the following: • Gaps identified against Azure best practices. • Roadmap for immediate and long-term improvement • Measurable action plan • Magnitude of effort and cost • Timeframe for remediation, implementation, and delivery

The cost of the WAR session is $5,000. However, if you agree to work with Azure Advanced Partner JBS to implement the improvements highlighted in the WAR deliverable, Azure will issue a $5,000 Azure credit once the improvements are implemented for qualifying organizations, making this session no cost to you.
