Intelligent Leave Assist is an AI-enabled solution integrated with teams. It provides employees with all necessary information to apply for leave, including insights about leave balance, company leave policy, task status based on priority, and possible substitute resources. This helps employees make informed leave requests and managers make well-analyzed decisions, reducing the impact on project timelines and company costs.

What We Will Cover in This POC:

In this POC we'll demonstrate how Intelligent Leave Assist can reduce the complexity of leave application process by analyzing impacts on project delivery, cost, resource replacement availability, and Knowledge Transfer possibilities all in real time. The solution provides a bundled package for the leave application process by integrating with wide range of systems like SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Jira, Workday, Sapphire, Azure DevOps etc. Which helps to read, analyze the data and evaluate the overall impact from the absence of applicants.

The POC consists of 1 week's engagement and below is the overview of the schedule:

Overview of the solution offered: We will elaborate on the information about the product, the basic functionality, usability and possible customization and demonstration.
Key features Discussion: Discussion on what the solution has to offer to the end user. validations on process, insights of the process through report/dashboard
HandsOn Experience of the Solutions: This can be done in two ways, in our environment where we will provide a limited number of users from the client side to have access to our environment where they can play around with the solution and make their decision. Or we can do the implementation of a client environment where their n number of users can access the solution and make the decision and for that the following session will be needed-
- Understanding Client environment: In case client wants to see the actual implementation on his setup, we'll be sharing basic setup requirements, actual configurations, Line of business solution and their possible integrations, customizations.
Demonstration: Once the configuration and implementation of the solutions is done in the client's environment. A final demonstration of the client's set-up will be performed to analyze the success criteria.
Final Review and Next Steps: We will be analyzing the findings, evaluate results, feedback on the existing solutions and brief overview on how the actual implementation will be done on client side and based on the collated feedback, next steps will be planned as per the mutual decision.
