Outlook Integration 2.0 enables seamless communications with your Prospects and Clients by automatically tracking outbound/inbound emails back to your Wingmate Leads, all within the Outlook user interface. This improved version gives you more control over your conversations and allows you to do more from Outlook without switching between platforms.
Track email chains from Outlook to your Wingmate Leads: Stay up to date with the latest communication on your clients. With version 2.0 of our integration, both inbound and outbound emails will be saved in the Lead activity section in Wingmate!
Choose What Leads your emails track back to in Wingmate: Search and select the Leads you want the email chain to show in. Wingmate will automatically detect the contacts your are corresponding with and show you the Leads they are on. At the click of a button, you can add or remove the email chain from your Leads.
This Outlook Add-in uses Launch Events to automatically run a background check each time you open a new email compose window or create a new calendar appointment. When triggered, the add-in silently verifies that your Wingmate authentication session and backend connection are still active. No email content or personal data is read or transmitted during this check. If a connection or authentication issue is detected, the add-in will display an in-app notification prompting you to reconnect. This measure ensures your emails continue to be tracked to your Wingmate Leads without interruption. This check runs locally and is limited to verifying your session status.
