With a scalable microservices architecture, KANO InsightHub automates the entire process of data ingestion, enrichment, and retrieval. It supports various file formats and applies AI-based extraction, normalization, summarization, and classification — including sentiment, topic, and PII detection.
Users can interact with processed data through a hybrid AI chatbot interface, combining the reasoning power of Azure OpenAI with secure access to internal enterprise data. This allows organizations to ask complex questions and receive contextual, accurate, and explainable answers in real time.
The solution is built on Azure Container Apps, ensuring high scalability and resilience, with integrated authentication via Azure Active Directory (AAD) and continuous monitoring through Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
