8 STEPS: 4 Week Workshop

If you are planning a large technological project, there is a good chance you will fail. According to various estimates, 25% to 75% of large IT projects crash. The larger the project is, the higher the chance of failure. There are various reasons, but we will help you to avoid them and become the selected ones that succeed.

Based on our extensive experience with large ERP and CRM implementations we have developed this 20-day program suitable for the initial phases of any strategic IT project. Its objective is to define precise goals and activities and eliminate risks and obstacles that often lead to standstill or failure of strategic projects. It is specifically beneficial for implementation of CRM systems like Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Marketing or ERP solutions like Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. As an outcome, 8 STEPS helps you to

• clearly define requirements and their assigned value (week 1)
• analyze organizational status quo compared to desired strategic goals (week 2)
• train and align project team on methodology and project goals (week 3)
• precisely plan activities and resources needed (week 4)

4 weeks is the typical duration of the program. Actual length varies, depending on complexity of the project and level of customer cooperation The workshop can be conducted in English or German.
