Aria by Mitie brings workplace service requests and job tracking into the collaboration platform employees already use every day.
Aria by Mitie helps employees, workplace users, building operators and facilities teams communicate more effectively, report issues faster and stay informed about the status of workplace service requests. By providing a simple self-service experience within Microsoft Teams, Aria by Mitie reduces the need for emails, phone calls and separate systems when requesting workplace support.
Using Aria by Mitie in Microsoft Teams, users can interact with ESME, Mitie's AI-powered workplace assistant, to:
- Raise workplace service requests and jobs
- Report building and facilities issues
- Provide workplace feedback and suggestions
- Track the progress of submitted requests
- Receive updates and notifications relating to their requests
- View relevant request information directly within Teams
Aria by Mitie is designed to streamline communication between employees, facilities teams and workplace operators, helping organisations resolve issues faster, improve visibility of service delivery and create better workplace experiences.
Who is this app for?
Aria by Mitie is intended for organisations that use the Aria by Mitie platform to manage workplace and facilities services. Typical users include employees, contractors, workplace experience teams, facilities management teams and building operators.
Important requirements and limitations
An active Aria by Mitie account is required to use this application.
Your organisation must be a customer of the Aria by Mitie platform and may need to enable or approve the Teams application before it becomes available to users.
First-time users may be required to complete account registration and verification.
Functionality available within Teams is focused on workplace service request raising, request tracking and ESME chatbot interactions.
Some Aria by Mitie capabilities may be available through other Aria by Mitie channels and are not necessarily provided within the Microsoft Teams application.
Getting started
Install Aria by Mitie from the Microsoft Teams app catalogue (where enabled by your organisation).
Sign in using your authorised account.
Start a conversation with ESME to raise or track workplace service requests.
