Equanimity is a chatbot that is designed to you in measuring, tracking, and analzying your wellbeing and engagement. The chatbot operates by conducting a monthly survey with all employees within an specific organization. The results are then stored in a secure database that is connected to a dashboard (available outside of Microsoft Teams) that visualizes the results in an easy and intuitive way.
The bot handles reminders so you can never miss checking in on your well-being and engagement. Daily reminders are fixed at 11 AM and 3 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday.
With Microsoft Graph capabilities , that chatbot is also able to read basic user profile information such as department hence providing tailored insights into the wellbeing and engagement levels of all employees in your organization.
Our third-party dashboards are fully automated and easy to understand, they measure the following metrics:

2) Social Wellbeing
3) Financial Wellbeing
4) Physical Wellbeing
