You can enable the setting to ‘Track’ the email and 'Log to CRM' is ‘switched on’ in GTM Buddy. GTM Buddy add a pixel to track email opens and notify the seller on MS teams and log the email to the CRM that is connected.
You must have an account with GTM Buddy and be signed in for the Microsoft Outlook add-in to work.
