Leveraging Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise, Cyclotron helps IT teams implement secure, scalable endpoint management while streamlining device lifecycle management and supporting Zero Trust initiatives. Key Engagement Deliverables:
• Configure Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security controls. • Deploy Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise to enable zero-touch device provisioning and onboarding. • Define and document endpoint management strategies for corporate-owned and personally owned (BYOD) devices. • Implement application deployment, update management, app protection policies, and Mobile Application Management (MAM). • Configure security best practices using Endpoint Security Policies, compliance enforcement, and Microsoft Entra ID integration. • Enable remote device actions including reset, retire, wipe, lock, and troubleshooting capabilities. • Establish remote provisioning and reprovisioning processes for new and existing hardware. • Integrate identity and access controls through Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access policies. • Provide knowledge transfer, administrative training, and operational best practices for ongoing management.
