Sign in with your Microsoft or organizational account (Entra ID) and manage projects on boards stored directly in your OneDrive. Enterprise users with a corporate Microsoft 365 subscription can create and manage boards in SharePoint - the equivalent of shared team workspaces. IT administrators can deploy Kanbanchi organization-wide via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for a seamless rollout with no learning curve. Import existing project data from Trello or CSV to get started immediately.

Outlook users can send tasks directly to any project board by saving the board's unique email address as an Outlook contact - no add-in required.

Your files stay on YOUR OneDrive or SharePoint. Kanbanchi never stores your passwords, and authentication is fully managed by Microsoft.
