AIAIAI

AIAIAI brings your organisation's AI assistant into Microsoft Word and Excel.

Open the task pane, sign in with your Microsoft work account, and chat with your assistant right next to your document. The assistant can read what you're working on — your selection or the whole document, you choose — and apply changes directly, with your approval.

In Word

• Draft, rewrite, translate, shorten, or fix text in place
• Insert formatted content: headings, lists, and real tables
• Find & replace across the document
• Review every change before it's applied — or use Word tracked changes to accept and reject edits the way you already do

In Excel

• Create and update tables, write values and live formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, IF)
• Insert or delete rows and columns without overwriting your data
• Apply currency, percentage, and date formats; sort, find & replace, and clear ranges
• Build charts, manage sheets, freeze headers, and turn ranges into real Excel tables

You stay in control

Every proposed change is shown to you first. Approve each edit, allow them automatically, or route them through tracked changes in Word. Document content is only shared with your assistant when you choose to use it as context.

An enterprise add-in

AIAIAI is an enterprise add-in for organisations that already use AIAIAI. You sign in with your Microsoft work account, and the add-in connects you to your organisation's own AIAIAI environment, where your data stays. Access is provisioned by your organisation — there is no self-service sign-up inside the add-in. No content is shared between organisations.

Requirements

• An AIAIAI account provided by your organisation (additional purchase may be required)
• The add-in enabled by your AIAIAI administrator
• Microsoft 365: Word and Excel on the web or desktop
