Krebit Sign for Microsoft 365 helps organizations prepare and send documents for electronic signing directly from Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Create

Create or review your document in Word or Excel, then open Krebit Sign from the Home tab. The add-in helps you turn your Office file into a PDF that can be sent for signing through Krebit Sign.

Prepare

Add a document name, choose the language, write a message to the recipients, and configure the signing flow. Krebit Sign gives your organization a simple way to prepare business documents before sending them for signature.

Send for signing

Add recipients, choose signing settings, and send the document for signing. Krebit Sign can be used for service agreements, quotes, order forms, approvals, customer documents, and other business documents that need to be reviewed and signed.

Sign

Recipients can open the document in Krebit Sign, review the PDF, and sign the document using the selected signing method. This gives recipients a clear and focused signing experience.

Track progress
