Otto the Agent (refer as "Otto" below) handles your business travel end-to-end — planning, booking flights and hotels, and adjusting trips when meetings change. All personalized to your preferences and your company's travel policy.

• Books the right trip, not just the cheapest. Otto searches across airlines and hotels, learns your preferences over time (window seat, Marriott points, early departures), and recommends options that fit you and your company policy.
• Watches your trip so you don't have to. When your 9am meeting gets pushed to the afternoon, Otto flags the flight conflict and offers to rebook — before you think to ask. Disruptions, delays, schedule changes: Otto reaches out first.
• One place for everything. Itineraries, changes, receipts, and approvals all live in one chat. No more digging through email threads.

Limitations: Otto is focused on business travel. Requests outside business travel topics will be redirected. Bookings are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier availability at the time of confirmation. Human agent escalation is available during business hours (M–F, 9am–5pm PT).

AI Disclosure: Otto is powered by artificial intelligence and works alongside human support. Travel options — prices, cabin and room classes, cancellation terms, and other details — are fetched in real time from airlines, hotels, and other suppliers, and availability and pricing are subject to change until booking is confirmed. The ranking of options, recommendation reasons, and conversational responses are AI-generated, so review all information before confirming any booking. Otto includes built-in content moderation and stays focused on business travel topics. To report objectionable or inappropriate AI-generated content, email support@ottotheagent.com and our team will review and take action promptly.

Get Started: Once installed, open a chat with Otto and type your travel request — for example, "Book a flight from NYC to SF next Monday and back on Thursday." Otto will guide you through the rest.
