Decided Pro keeps your organisation's decisions as architecture decision records (ADRs) in one searchable decision log. You pose the question in Microsoft Teams, rank the options with colleagues or on your own, and each decision becomes a record in the familiar Context, Decision, Consequences format, with a reference number, ready to find, share and export.

Licensing
Decided Pro is licensed per organisation. One subscription covers your Microsoft 365 tenant, with no per-user licences, and starts with a 30-day free trial. Not ready to subscribe? Anyone can try Decided for free in Teams, with no sign-up.
Getting started
After you subscribe, you'll be taken to decisionrecords.app to activate your subscription. Then open Microsoft Teams, go to Apps, search for Decided and add it.
Built for Microsoft 365
Decided runs in Teams, Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app, with Microsoft Entra ID sign-in, and stores decisions in Microsoft Azure.
AI-generated content
Decided uses Azure OpenAI to suggest options, constraints and a record title, and to draft a rationale and consequences for each decision. AI suggestions are clearly marked in the app and can be edited or removed. Rationale and consequences are only added to a record when you accept them, and the decision itself is always made by people.
