Mesh

Mesh is one platform for auditing a Microsoft tenant, reading the results, integrating the systems around it, and operating it from an AI client. It serves a single organisation running its own tenant, and a managed service provider (MSP) working across client tenants through delegated access.

Tenant audit

• The customer consents to the app and the audit is started from the Mesh portal. Nothing to install and no scripts to run.
• Audit areas: identity and access, Microsoft 365 settings, Microsoft 365 usage, email, licensing, Azure resources, Azure security, Azure cost, governance, Fabric and Power BI, and Power Platform.
• Each area is marked covered, not collected or failed, so a missing result never reads as a clean one.
• The audit is baselined, so a later run measures drift.

Portal

Audit results for each tenant, by area, behind role-based access. An MSP can give each client read-only access to its own results on the free plan.

Integration (Mesh Pro)

• Onboard systems from their OpenAPI or REST definitions. Credentials stay in Azure Key Vault.
• Mesh proposes field mappings with a confidence score; you approve or override them.
• Bidirectional sync with retries and notifications, and schema change detection before a sync breaks.
• Every run is retained per tenant: what moved and under which rule version.

MCP tools and Lucy for Mesh (Mesh Pro and MSP plans)

• Tools for mail, calendar, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, CRM, timesheets and documents, used from Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude or any other MCP client.
• Delegated permissions only: every action runs as the signed-in user and is limited to that user's own rights.
• Every outbound send passes a sensitivity-label-aware data loss prevention check first.
• Lucy for Mesh is the Microsoft 365 Copilot agent on the same tools, for multi-step work. It is included in Mesh Pro and the MSP plans.

Plans

• Mesh Free: read-only results from audits your MSP or Lucid Labs ran on your tenant.
• Mesh: the portal and self-run audits on your own tenant.
• Mesh Pro: adds integration, MCP tools and Lucy for Mesh on your own tenant.
• Mesh for MSPs: three bands by the MSP's own user count (up to 50, 51 to 100, 101 to 400), covering client tenants through delegated access, with 50, 100 or 400 tenant audits included each month. 1-year term: same price, double the audits. There is no onboarding charge.
