Fabric-driven data orchestration and Power Bl analytics procure auditable near-real-time insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers to improve retention, increase competency attainment, and optimize resource allocation. Security and compliance are foundational: VLME enforces FERPA, HIPAA, and CJIS controls, applies role-based access, end-to-end encryption, consent-first data handling, and integrates Microsoft Defender for continuous threat
