E-Document Serbia

Overview

E-Document Serbia is an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that connects the Serbia Base Application with the E-Document Core Exsolvo app. It delivers a unified, compliant e-document experience for the Serbian market—covering SEF integration, VAT records, status tracking, approvals, and transformation rules—while leveraging the standard E-Document capabilities already embedded in Business Central.

By bridging Serbian localization and advanced e-document features, E-Document Serbia enables end-to-end handling of electronic invoices and related documents with robust mapping, automated jobs, and clear audit trails.

Core Features

• Integration with Serbia Base Application — Ensures all e-document processes align with Serbian VAT, customs, registration numbers, and reporting requirements.
• Connection to E-Document Core Exsolvo — Uses enhanced mapping, transformation rules, logs, and status checks for reliable document exchange.
• SEF Connectivity — Create and send XML e-invoices (commercial invoices, debit notes, prepayment invoices, sales credit memos) to SEF; receive incoming e-documents and attachments; track status and approve when required.
• Individual and Summary VAT Records — Prepare individual VAT records (XML) and bulk Summary VAT records (JSON) for a single tax period.
• Input VAT Record (EPP) — Maintain records by document type (e‑invoices, fiscal receipts, other invoices) and transaction category (sales, corrections, prepayments) with automatic recalculation of key fields.
• Status Management — Real‑time document status tracking, including delivery, acceptance, rejection, and error states for full lifecycle visibility.
• Approve and Cancel — Perform approvals and cancellations according to Serbian compliance rules and process permissions.
• Transformation and Mapping — Apply configurable mapping and transformation rules for incoming/outgoing e‑documents to ensure data consistency.
• Job Processing — Batch import/export, validation, and submission jobs to support high‑volume scenarios.
• Logs and Exceptions — Detailed communication and process logs; clear warnings and error messages to speed corrections and audits.
