Elevate Operations

Elevate Operations gives warehouse teams a single, live view of every outstanding inbound and outbound document line in Business Central, so they always know what to receive, ship, and pick next. It replaces document-by-document navigation with one interactive hub where operators act on the work directly.

On top of this, it provides inventory overview functionality, so users have the ability to see stock on hand by different groupings.

It is built for warehouse operators, dispatch and fulfilment coordinators, purchasing and logistics teams, and operations managers who run high-volume distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, and retail supply operations.

What it does

• Single-screen visibility of pending purchase orders, sales orders, transfer orders, and sales and purchase returns, filtered by warehouse location.
• Real-time item availability with colour-coded Available, Partial, and Unavailable statuses so shortages are visible before they cause delays.
• Urgency indicators that automatically flag lines as Overdue, Today, This Week, or Later based on their expected date.
• One-click warehouse actions to create warehouse receipts, shipments, and picks straight from the hub, without opening each source document.
• Pick assignment so supervisors can allocate picks to warehouse users from the same screen.
• Bulk shipment date updates to reschedule many outbound lines at once.
• Hold and QC hold tracking that subtracts held quantities from availability, so the figures reflect stock you can actually release.
• Navigate to source to open the underlying purchase, sales, or transfer document in one step.

How it works

The app adds an Operations Hub page to Business Central that presents a modern, embedded interface. It reads your existing purchase, sales, and transfer documents and warehouse activity, and it uses standard Business Central warehouse functionality to create receipts, shipments, and picks. It is extensible: partner and customer extensions can contribute additional hold quantities, availability rules, urgency logic, and line detail through published integration events.

Requirements and pricing

Elevate Operations is available for both the Essentials and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central online. A separate subscription is required after the free trial expires. Please contact Equerra for pricing and licensing information.
