EV Evita – Portal is an extension to the EV Evita solution that enables a fully
integrated, customer-facing portal for utilities. The portal gives customers

ensuring real-time data synchronization with EV Evita.
The solution strengthens transparency, reduces manual administration and improves customer service by allowing end users to manage key processes themselves.

Integrated Customer Portal
EV Evita – Portal provides a fully integrated digital customer universe
connected directly to EV Evita. Customers can access their information through
secure login and view real-time data from EV Evita. Similarly, administrators
can view e.g. messages from customers through the portal directly from the
Evita role center in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This ensures that both the utility and the customer are always working with up-to-date and consistent information.

Consumption Overview
Customers can view their current water consumption and historical usage
directly in the portal. The solution provides clear insight into consumption
patterns and supports greater transparency between the utility and its
customers.

Moving Process
The portal enables customers to register moving in and moving out themselves.
The guided process ensures correct data capture and supports validation before
submission.
Mover information flows directly into EV Evita, where it can be processed efficiently by administrators, reducing manual data entry and minimizing the risk of errors.
Invoice and
Balance Overview
Customers can view invoices, attachments and their current balance directly via
the portal. This gives full financial transparency and reduces inquiries
related to billing and outstanding amounts.
Correspondence
Module
EV Evita – Portal includes a correspondence module that enables structured
communication between the utility and its customers. Messages and documents can
be handled directly in the portal by the customers and are shown on the role center
in Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring traceability and overview.
Secure
Login with MitID
The portal supports secure login using MitID, ensuring trusted identification
and controlled access to personal data.
Administrator
Access for External Parties
The solution supports controlled administrator login for relevant external
stakeholders such as real estate agents, private landlords, housing
associations, caretakers and private waterworks.
This allows authorized parties to handle moving processes and other relevant tasks directly in the portal.
