Real-time calendar sync for Microsoft 365 and Google, plus a unified calendar and booking pages
Keep every Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and Google calendar in sync in real time — then manage them in one place and share booking pages that only offer times you are genuinely free.
Why choose Calendox?
- No more double-bookings: a change in one calendar is pushed to every synced calendar the moment Google or Microsoft notifies us, so time booked anywhere is visible everywhere.
- Works where you already work: synced events land in Outlook and Google Calendar, so nobody changes tools; the unified calendar and booking pages are there when you want them.
- One subscription for the team (Business): team admins assign seats and roles centrally — all admins are equal — and members never buy their own.
- No per-user sign-in for IT (Enterprise): for organisations that keep calendars in sync across two or more Microsoft 365 tenants, one Microsoft Entra admin consent per tenant — users never sign in to Calendox.
- Private by design: Calendox never stores the content of your events — no titles, descriptions or locations — only identifiers, times, recurrence rules, sync state and a one-way fingerprint used to detect changes. Booking visitors see free/busy slots only.
Key features
- Real-time cross-provider sync: Google and Microsoft notify Calendox as soon as an event changes; one-way or multi-way, including recurring series, edited occurrences and cancellations, with built-in loop protection.
- Unified calendar: create, edit, reschedule and delete events across every connected account from one view, and add a Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams link as you save (Teams requires a work or school Microsoft account).
- Booking pages: share a scheduling link checked live against your connected calendars — all of them by default, or the ones you choose. Require approval before confirming — the requested slot is held while you decide. Buffers, minimum notice, booking windows and daily/weekly caps included.
- Tenant-to-tenant rollout for Microsoft 365 (Enterprise): keep calendars in sync between your tenant and partner, contractor or subsidiary tenants — one admin consent per tenant, bulk CSV import, automatic pairing when the email username and calendar name match, and a central tenant dashboard. The consent grants calendar access, the user list and your organisation's name and domains only — never mail, files or contacts.
- Team administration (Business): invite members, assign Admin or Member roles and allocate per-seat licenses from one account.
Built on Microsoft
- Microsoft Graph for every calendar, event and Teams meeting operation; Microsoft notifies Calendox as soon as an event changes.
- Microsoft Entra ID for sign-in and tenant-wide admin consent.
- Microsoft Teams meeting links added to events and confirmed bookings when Teams is your chosen meeting provider (work or school Microsoft account; bookings need a work or school destination calendar).
- Hosted on Microsoft Azure, with data encrypted in transit and at rest and isolated per account at the database layer. Google and Microsoft calendars connect with OAuth — Calendox never sees or stores those passwords; an Exchange Server sign-in is stored encrypted and sent only to that server.
- Verified publisher: Danilix is a Microsoft verified publisher, so the verified badge appears on Microsoft consent screens.
- Microsoft Marketplace billing: purchase under the Microsoft Standard Contract, charged to your Microsoft billing account or Azure subscription, and managed — plan, seats, cancellation — from the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Good to know
Calendox supports Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), Outlook.com and Google Calendar, plus on-premises Exchange Server 2016 or later on Personal and Business plans; Exchange Server changes reach Calendox within about 5 minutes. The unified calendar and booking pages are included on every Personal and Business plan. One Microsoft 365 tenant? Choose Business — each licensed member connects their own calendars. Two or more tenants to keep in sync? Choose Enterprise (Microsoft 365 only, tenant-to-tenant sync; Google and Exchange Server calendars connect per user on Personal and Business). Marketplace plans include a free trial run by Microsoft; its terms are shown at checkout. You can also sign up at calendox.com for a 14-day free trial, no credit card required (Enterprise trials cover up to 5 secondary-tenant calendars). The two trials do not add up: activating a Marketplace subscription, including one on a Microsoft trial, ends any remaining calendox.com trial on that account.
