When a new request arrives, open the email and select Qualify. Proposales securely analyzes the message and highlights key details such as the contact's information, event dates, guest count, company, and event type. It evaluates how complete the inquiry is, identifies missing information, and generates a suggested reply that you can review, edit, and send directly from Outlook.
