RFA Support
by RFA Next-Gen Inc
Get IT help from RFA in Microsoft Teams.
RFA Support connects your team directly to RFA's service desk from inside Microsoft Teams.
Message the bot one-on-one, or mention @RFA Support in a channel, to open a support ticket without leaving Teams. The conversation becomes the ticket: RFA's engineers see the full context, and their updates land back in the same chat or thread, so nobody has to switch to a portal or restate the problem over email.
What you can do
- Open a ticket by describing the problem in plain language
- Continue the conversation in the thread; replies are added to the ticket automatically
- Engineer updates and resolutions arrive where the request started
- Say "help" at any time to see what the bot can do
How AI is used
RFA Support uses AI to read your messages, ask follow-up questions and draft the ticket summary. Every ticket is then handled by RFA's engineers, and the bot tells you when a summary was drafted by AI so you can correct it. To report a concern about AI-generated content, email help@rfa.com and RFA will review it.
