• Knowledge base integration — Wordsmith connects to your organization's legal knowledge base, so answers are specific to your business.
• File attachments — Send and receive documents including Word files, PDFs, and more, with secure download links.

How it works

• Personal chat — Message Wordsmith AI directly for confidential legal questions.
• Group chats and channels — Mention @Wordsmith AI in a group chat or Teams channel to ask a question or continue a thread where your team collaborates.
• Threaded conversations — Wordsmith AI keeps context within a thread, so follow-up questions just work.

Who can use this app

• An active Wordsmith subscription is required — your organization must be an active Wordsmith customer to use this app.
• Wordsmith AI is available only to organizations whose Microsoft 365 tenant has been configured by Wordsmith, and your Teams administrator must install the app. It does not provide standalone access for organizations that are not yet Wordsmith customers.
• Wordsmith identifies you by your work email address, so the email on your Microsoft Teams account must match your Wordsmith account.
