Fill in one order form and SecondBrain Valuations Agent lodges the valuation with each lender you choose (NAB, ANZ, Westpac, St.George, Suncorp, Macquarie, Bankwest, CBA and more) through that lender's own valuation portal. You get back one result card per lender with the reference number, valuation type and any lender message.

Limitations: the app serves Australian lenders only. Each order is placed using the broker's own lender portal login, held in a separate encrypted vault for each brokerage. Valuation fees are set and charged by the lender or its valuation panel.
