Loopion
by Loopion
Turn every Microsoft Teams meeting into tracked actions, owners and deadlines — inside Teams.
Loopion turns what your team agrees in a Microsoft Teams meeting into owned, tracked actions — and keeps following them up until the work is done.
Most teams do not have a note-taking problem. They have a follow-through problem. A summary records what happened; it does not move the work forward. Loopion closes the gap between what is agreed in a meeting and what actually gets delivered afterwards, without anyone having to chase.
Who it is for
Sales, customer success, delivery, operations, HR and leadership teams who run recurring meetings in Teams and need the commitments made in those meetings to be owned, visible and completed. It suits organisations from around ten people upwards, including multilingual and distributed teams.
What you do inside Microsoft Teams
Loopion is a personal tab, so all of this happens in Teams without switching apps:
• Dashboard — what is due, what is overdue and what has changed since you last looked.
• Meetings — the summary, decisions and full transcript for every captured meeting.
• Action Centre — every commitment with an owner and a due date, all of them editable, reassignable and closable.
• Ask Loopion Coach — ask a plain-language question across a whole meeting series and get an evidence-backed answer, or have a conversation scored and coached against a sales, service or management methodology. Explained in full below.
• Analytics — completion rates, overdue work, workload, meeting insights, adoption and ROI reporting.
• Team management, workspace and security settings — invite people, set roles, choose languages and control retention.
What Ask Loopion Coach actually does
It is two things: a question box over your own meetings, and a coach on top of them.
• Meeting memory. Ask something in plain language — "what did we promise this customer about pricing?", "what changed since the last review?", "who owns the migration and when is it due?" — and get an answer drawn from every meeting in that series, not just the most recent one. Every answer shows the decisions, actions and transcript moments it was built from, so you can check it rather than trust it.
• Coaching. Ask a conversation to be scored against a methodology and Loopion tells you which elements were covered, which were missed, and what to do differently next time. MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPIN, BANT, Challenger, GROW, STAR and others are built in for sales, customer success, HR and management conversations. A workspace owner can set a default framework per team, or write their own.
• Scope. It only answers from meeting content in your own workspace, and only from meetings you are permitted to see. When a question falls outside that, it says so and points you back to what it can help with.
Ask Loopion Coach and custom frameworks are available on higher plans.
Accountability that does not depend on someone chasing
Unfinished actions are carried into the next meeting in the series, and an action review is posted into the Teams meeting chat showing what is new, what is complete and what is overdue. Owners get a reminder in Teams when their action is due, and never during focus hours they have set.
Built for global teams
99+ languages, including mixed-language meetings. Each person reads the summary and their own actions in their preferred language, while transcripts stay in the language the meeting was held in.
Where Loopion works
Loopion runs in Microsoft Teams on desktop, web and mobile, and the same tab is available across the extended Microsoft 365 clients — Office (the Microsoft 365 app) on the web and on Windows, and Outlook on the web, Windows and Mac — so your actions travel with you.
What happens outside Microsoft Teams
Three things deliberately take place outside the Teams tab, and each opens in your browser:
• Connecting your calendar. Microsoft and Google both require their consent screen to be shown in a full browser window, so the one-off calendar connection opens outside Teams. Everything after that is automatic.
• Buying or changing a plan. Subscription and billing management is handled on the Loopion website.
• Capturing the meeting. The Loopion assistant joins your call as a visible participant to capture it, in the same way a person would. The Teams app itself never joins a call and never records media.
Account, limitations and conditions
In order to use this app, you need to have a Loopion active account. Loopion is a paid subscription service with a free trial; plans and limits are shown at https://loopion.ai/pricing. A connected Microsoft or Google calendar is required for meetings to be captured automatically, and by default only meetings you organise are captured. Capture is not available where recording or transcription has been blocked by your organisation's policy, and a workspace administrator can disable capture at any time. Some features — including Ask Loopion Coach, custom coaching frameworks and ROI reporting — are available on higher plans only.
Use of AI, and how to report a problem
Loopion uses AI to draft meeting summaries, decisions, actions, owners and due dates, and to answer questions in Ask Loopion Coach.
• Clearly labelled. Every screen that shows generative AI output carries an "AI-generated" notice asking you to review it before relying on it. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate — every action is editable, reassignable and removable, and each Ask Loopion Coach answer shows the decisions, actions and transcript moments it was drawn from so you can verify it.
• Moderated. AI output is generated only from meeting content in your own workspace, and it passes through the content-safety filters of the underlying AI model providers as well as Loopion's own guardrails, which block prompt-injection and unsafe requests before any answer is produced. A workspace administrator can also disable capture, transcripts or Ask Loopion Coach entirely.
• Kept on topic. Ask Loopion Coach only answers from your own workspace's meeting content. If a question falls outside meetings, actions and coaching, it says so and guides you back to what it can help with.
• How to report objectionable content. If you see AI output that is inaccurate, harmful, offensive or otherwise objectionable, report it using the reporting link shown directly beneath every AI-generated result in the app, or email support@loopion.ai, or use https://loopion.ai/contact. Please include the meeting or answer it relates to. Every report is triaged within one business day and the offending content is removed or corrected.
