Ruddr
by Ruddr
Track time and get project updates in Microsoft Teams; ask Copilot about your Ruddr work.
Connect Ruddr, the AI-Native PSA, to Microsoft 365. In Microsoft Teams, the Ruddr bot lets members track time with simple commands and sends them time reminders and approval requests. Each project can post its updates, such as budget alerts, status changes and published invoices, to a Teams channel you choose.
In Microsoft 365 Copilot, ask in plain language about your projects, budgets, time entries, expenses, invoices, resource allocations, forecasts and reports, and get answers computed from your Ruddr workspace.
Access follows each member's Ruddr security role, so Teams and Copilot only see data the member can already open in Ruddr. Requires a Ruddr account. Copilot also needs the Ruddr Assistant enabled in your workspace; the Teams bot doesn't.
Limitations: a Microsoft 365 administrator adds Ruddr once for the organization, and a Ruddr workspace admin connects it to the workspace; members are then linked by email or with a one-time link. Project updates post to standard channels only. Copilot users need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
