Zoviz
by Zoviz
AI branding and marketing platform. Set your brand once, everything you create stays on brand.
Zoviz is an AI branding agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot that turns a brand name into a complete set of usable creative assets. Instead of switching between design tools, users describe what they need in natural language and the agent generates, refines, and delivers production-ready files without leaving the Copilot chat.
What it does
- Logo generation - Create logo options from a brand name, with optional slogan, color palette, and style direction. Request additional distinct concepts without regenerating the same designs.
- Brand asset delivery - Retrieve logo layouts and variations for a saved brand and export in JPG, PNG, SVG, or PDF at custom dimensions.
- Image generation and editing - Produce images from text prompts in portrait, square, or landscape, or edit existing images by describing the change. Combine up to three source images in a single edit.
- Background removal - Return a transparent-background PNG cutout for product shots, mockups, and marketplace imagery.
- Social content - Generate a ready-to-publish post or story sized for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X, including caption, hashtags, and a visual concept aligned to brand tone.
- Brand and workspace management - Maintain a brand library across team workspaces with role-based access, and track usage against a credit balance.
Who it's for
- Founders and small businesses standing up a brand identity without a design team
- Marketing and social teams producing recurring on-brand content at volume
- Agencies and freelancers managing identity assets for multiple clients
- E-commerce sellers preparing product and listing imagery
How it works
The agent runs inside Microsoft 365 Copilot chat. Users work conversationally - the agent asks for what it needs one step at a time, confirms before any action that spends credits, and returns generated images and download links directly in the conversation. Reference images and logos are supplied by selecting them in a Zoviz upload card shown inline in the chat, so output matches existing brand colors and assets. The agent reads and writes only data in the user's own Zoviz account; it does not access Microsoft 365 files, mail, or chats.
What to know before you install
- A Zoviz account is required. The first time the agent is used it prompts the user to sign in to Zoviz, and it works only with the brands, media, and credits in that account.
- Logo concepts are free, watermarked previews. Exporting production logo files requires upgrading that brand. Upgrades and purchases are completed on the Zoviz website, not inside Copilot.
- Image generation, image editing, background removal, and social content generation consume Zoviz credits (for example, about 7 credits per social media post). The agent asks the user to confirm before every action that spends credits. Topping up a credit balance is done on the Zoviz website, not inside Copilot.
- Links to generated images expire after about 24 hours, so save anything you want to keep.
- To work on an image of your own, the agent shows a Zoviz upload card in the chat and you select the file there; the card uploads it and hands the result back to the agent. Microsoft 365 Copilot cannot pass a chat attachment, a OneDrive file, or a SharePoint link to Zoviz on your behalf, so an image already attached to the chat has to be picked again in the card. A public image link also works.
