WorldTimeFinder Pro puts every time zone your team works in on one horizontal daylight timeline, so you can see at a glance who is starting their day, who is at lunch and who has already logged off.

What you can do:

• Build a timeline of the cities your team works from. Search by city or by time zone name, such as Europe/Paris, and add it in one click.
• Read local time, date and daylight hours for every location on one scrollable ruler that spans several days.
• Schedule a meeting straight from the timeline: click the hour you want in anyone's row, name the meeting, invite coworkers, and the event is created on your Microsoft 365 calendar.
• Time zones of the coworkers you invite are added to the timeline automatically when Microsoft 365 makes them available.
• See your own calendar as busy shading across the timeline, and open any event to change its title, time or invitees without leaving the tab.

Who it is for: distributed teams and anyone who books meetings across countries.

Where it runs: Microsoft Teams (as a personal app), the Microsoft 365 app, and Outlook. Everyone sees their own calendar and saved cities; the app does not add tabs to channels or chats and does not share content between users.

Account and license requirements: WorldTimeFinder Pro is a paid per-seat subscription bought through Microsoft Marketplace. Without a seat the app runs in sample-data mode: it shows your own time zone with sample calendar events and coworkers, your own calendar and coworkers are not loaded, and cities cannot be added. To use your real data, someone in your organization buys the subscription on Microsoft Marketplace. Seats go automatically to the first people who open the app, up to the number bought. A claimed seat stays with that person: it cannot be reassigned or released from inside the app. With a seat, the app asks you once to allow the Microsoft Graph permissions it uses (your profile, your coworkers' basic profile and time zone, and your calendar). An administrator can also approve those permissions for the whole organization in advance.

Limitations: the app reads and writes calendar events and reads directory profiles through Microsoft Graph, so creating a meeting needs a signed-in Microsoft 365 account with a mailbox. The app creates and edits events; delete them in Outlook or Teams. When Microsoft 365 does not share a coworker's working-hours time zone, add their city by hand. Saved cities (up to 50) stay on the device and client where you added them. The app does not post to channels and does not send chat messages. All of its functionality lives inside the app tab; the only steps outside it are buying the subscription on Microsoft Marketplace and activating it.
