Crosschq Interview Assistant brings structured interviewing directly into Microsoft Teams, so you can prepare, conduct, and evaluate interviews without leaving the platform.
Who it's for
Interviewers and hiring teams at organizations that use Crosschq as their structured interviewing platform. A Crosschq account and an active invitation to your organization's Crosschq workspace are required to use this app.
What you can do in Teams
- My Interviews (personal tab): View your upcoming interview queue and review the Interview Plan for any scheduled role before the call.
- Interview Plan (meeting side panel): During a Teams meeting, access role-specific competency questions and evaluation guidance — right where you work.
- Scorecard (meeting side panel): Rate each competency, add private notes, choose a hiring recommendation, and submit feedback — all from within the meeting.
- AI Notetaker (optional): An AI bot can join the meeting, transcribe the conversation, and help pre-fill your Scorecard.
After the interview
Once you submit your Scorecard, feedback syncs automatically to Crosschq, where hiring managers can review consolidated panel results and compare scores.
Limitations
This app requires an active Crosschq account. If your account is not linked to a Crosschq organization, the app will show an empty state. Admin consent may be required in your Microsoft 365 tenant on first deployment. The AI Notetaker is optional and subject to your Crosschq plan.
