The DataArt team offers a plan for an end-to-end migration to Microsoft Azure

Steps:

1. Identify project goals, main stakeholders, time, and budget constraints
2. Work with team leads on the client side to gather an accurate picture of a current state
3. Gather data security, retention, compliance, and geo-location restrictions requirements
4. Iteratively come up with the final state for the migration/modernization project
5. Identify skills and knowledge gaps in the client team and plan for trainings/staffing
6. Develop a transition plan aligned with uninterrupted business processes, current state, and desired architecture
7. Perform security and compliance assessment of the plan and apply updates accordingly
8. Organize a team to run and deliver the project transition

The assessment will be executed by the DataArt team in accordance with the Cloud Adoption Framework best practices provided by Microsoft, which entails:

2. Strong technological pillars, including security, reliability, cost optimization, performance efficiency, and operational excellence for the desired state in the cloud.
