IT PARTNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in configuring Multi-Factor Authentication settings.
2. Integrate Multi-Factor Authentication with Microsoft 365.
3. Provide guidance for user training and communication.
4. Monitor the initial setup process.
5. Offer ongoing support for any issues that arise.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide necessary account and user information.
2. Participate in user training sessions.
3. Ensure timely communication with IT Partner.
4. Review and approve setup decisions.
5. Manage user communication about the changes.

PREREQUISITES:

1. Active Microsoft 365 subscription.
2. Access to account administrative settings.
3. User email addresses and contact information.
4. Internet connectivity for setup and training.

COSTS NOT INCLUDED:

1. Additional hardware or software requirements.
2. Any external licensing fees.
3. Employee training beyond initial setup.
4. Customization beyond the standard service.
5. Post-setup support for unrelated issues.

PLAN:

1. Initiate setup by gathering necessary information.
2. Configure Multi-Factor Authentication settings.
3. Integrate with Microsoft 365 accounts.
4. Provide user training and communication.
