Voyager Infinity Add-in for Outlook allows you to manage matching email recipients in Infinity

The Voyager Infinity Add-in for Outlook searches Infinity for an emails From, To and Cc email addresses.

You can select any matching candidates and contacts to view the information from Infinity, including:

  • Name and profile picture

  • Current employment information

  • Address and telecoms

  • Legal/Compliance status and details

  • Social media links

  • Availability and status

From an email, you can perform the following actions:

  • Accept or refuse a candidate's lawful basis

  • Open the selected candidate/contact in Infinity

  • Log the email as sent or received against a matching candidate/contact

  • Create a lead from one of the recipients or some selected text (eg. a signature) in the email

  • Send specific attachments to be logged against the matching candidate (eg. a CV)

  • Send the email (or multiple selected emails) to iCapture in Infinity
