Genea Visitor Management is a modern, user-friendly alternative to traditional pen-and-paper check-ins. Designed to simplify the visitor experience, it includes features like guest pre-registration with custom questionnaires, Barcode, QR, and Scramble QR Codes, all integrated with Genea Security for fast and secured entry.

Benefits of the Outlook Add-in for Genea Visitor Management:

  • Easily invite visitors directly from your Outlook Calendar—no need to switch tools.

  • Invite individuals or groups from an email thread.

How It Works:

  • Install the Genea Visitor Management add-in for Outlook.

  • Create a new meeting and click the Genea Visitor Management icon in the taskbar.

  • Fill in the required information and choose who to invite to the meeting.

  • Click "Submit" to confirm.

Compatibility:

  • The Genea Visitor Management add-in works with most versions of Outlook Web App and Office 2016/2019 (Windows and Mac).

  • Requires a Genea Visitor Management subscription and an Office 365 Commercial plan.

This solution is designed for Enterprise customers and is not available for independent users.
