Phase 1: Information Gathering

• Discussion for requirement gathering and business goals.
• Environment Discovery and Classification (Prod/QA/DEV/Test).
• Identify if there are any RDS deployment.

Phase 2: Architecture Designing and Initial Preparations

• Decide the nomenclature and network architecture for Azure Environment.
• Configure connection with Datacenter and Azure.
• Initiate replication of servers and databases to Azure.
• Configure Firewall for network Security system.

Phase 3: Testing

• Create Test network and required connections with Datacenter
• Test migrate servers and database to Azure.
• Handover the workloads to customers for application and performance validations.

Phase 4: Migration

• Create the Production Network to be used in Azure.
• Migrate the entire Datacenter as per plan.
• Establish necessary connections for production servers to work in Azure.
• Create and Configure Windows Virtual Desktop.

Phase 5: Post-Migration

• Build policies to enforce compliance, enable monitoring and security.
• Enable Backups and configure Disaster Recovery for workloads in Azure.
• Documentation handover to customer or IFI Tech MSP Team.

Deliverables:

• Architecture and Project Plan for migration.
• Estimated timeline and efforts required for datacenter transformation.
• Detailed handover report of resources in Azure.
