Our Specialization Success Program (SSP) is an end-to-end Azure audit readiness consulting service designed to help Microsoft Partners successfully prepare and clear Advanced Specialization audits for their Microsoft Azure solutions.

This engagement helps partners validate that their Azure workloads, governance, security, and operational processes align with Microsoft best practices and audit expectations.

• AS-IS Azure Readiness Assessment Assessment of your current Microsoft Azure environment, including governance, security controls, operational processes, and documentation against Advanced Specialization audit requirements.

• Gap Analysis Report Identification of gaps in Azure controls, configurations, processes, and documentation, with clear and actionable remediation recommendations.

• To-Be State Guidance Guidance to align your Azure processes, controls, and documentation with Microsoft specialization audit expectations.

• Mock Audit Simulation Simulation of real audit scenarios to validate Azure readiness and prepare your team to confidently face the actual audit.

The Specialization Success Program (SSP) is offered through flexible engagement models to support Microsoft Partners at different stages of their Azure Advanced Specialization audit journey.

Partners can choose between a strategic validation engagement or a full end-to-end Azure audit readiness engagement based on their maturity and internal capabilities.

Engagement Options

10-Hour Engagement — Strategic Azure Validation This engagement is designed for partners who already have a level of Azure audit preparedness and need expert validation, clarification, and confidence before appearing for the audit.

It includes:

• Review of the AS-IS Azure compliance and readiness state • Guidance on Azure audit structure, process, and typical audit questions • Support to address specific Azure-related queries and concerns • A mock audit session to simulate the audit experience

This model is best suited for:

• Partners who have appeared in an Azure audit previously and were unsuccessful • Partners who have appeared before but experienced changes in key personnel • Partners who are confident in their Azure preparation and want independent validation

Price for 10-Hour Engagement — USD 1,050

30-Hour Engagement — End-to-End Azure Audit Readiness Support This engagement is designed for partners who require comprehensive support across the entire Azure audit preparation lifecycle.

It includes:

• Detailed guidance on Azure documentation preparation and evidence alignment • Access to structured templates for required Azure audit documentation • Multiple mock audit sessions and walkthroughs • Coaching and preparation for audit interviews and Azure technical validations

• Partners appearing for an Azure Advanced Specialization audit for the first time • Partners who require deeper involvement, structure, and guided remediation
