What You Receive: An Operational Readiness & Governance Plan

Based on a deep-dive analysis, you will receive a comprehensive document that includes:

• Security & Compliance Blueprint: An analysis of your current security posture, including network security, identity management (IAM), and compliance controls, with a prioritized list of vulnerabilities.
• Operational Risk Assessment: Identification of monitoring gaps, single points of failure, and weaknesses in your current incident response and disaster recovery (DR) processes.
• Governance & IaC Roadmap: A strategic plan to implement best practices using Azure Policy, Blueprints, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep for repeatable, secure deployments.
• Monitoring & Incident Response Plan: Recommendations for enhancing 24/7 monitoring, proactive alerting, and streamlining your incident response workflow for minimal downtime.
