Out Come: This 8 weeks assessment will help the customer with the details of existing infrastructure and the applications that are hosted on their environment. Based on these infrastructure and application information, client will be at in a better position to make critical decisions on various migration options/paths available for each workloads. Customer can create and define a detailed migration plan based on these assessment data which is available at the end of 8 week

Deliverables: Upon completion of the Assessment phase, customer will be presented with a detailed Infrastructure analysis report which will have details like a. Infrastructure summary b. Application analysis Report c. Migration Strategy e. Cloud Feasibility Report f. VM & Storage recommendation g. Workload Consolidation recommendation h. Best Industry practices etc..
