Recipient Finder is a privacy-first Outlook add-in that helps you quickly find and add email recipients while composing messages. It builds a fast, local index of past senders so you can find the right contact in seconds—without leaving your compose window.
Installation
IT Admin (recommended): Install from AppSource, check "Consent on behalf of your organization" during setup — the add-in is immediately available to all users, no individual configuration needed.
Individual users: Install directly from the Outlook add-in store and grant permissions for your own account. If your organization requires admin approval, ask your IT admin to complete the admin-led installation above.
Once installed, open a new email in Outlook — Recipient Finder appears in the right sidebar, ready to use.
