When you invite attendees to a Sustainably Run Meeting - each attendee will have a tree planted in a developing country, to help offset the environmental impact of your business.

Each attendee will receive a customised email, with a link to their own Sustainably Run Meetings certificate, showing them how they have helped contribute to environmental sustainability and its importance.

The meeting attendee can share their certificate straight from the website through major social channels, creating positive noise about your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

After the free trial has ended - Sustainably Run Meetings is a billable service - each tree planted using the Sustainably Run Meetings service after the free trial has ended costs £0.99 (GBP).

The Sustainably Run Meetings service requires a subscription to GoCardless, which is an easy-to-use direct debit service. You will be prompted and required to set-up a GoCardless direct debit subscription during your Sustainably Run Meetings account set up.

This direct debit will bill £0.99 (GBP) per tree planted using the Sustainably Run Meetings service (invoice history can be found on the "Invoice History" tab).

If a GoCardless direct debit payment fails, outstanding payments will be handled on a one-off basis using Stripe payment provider.
