Deliverables

• Hold 2–3 collaborative workshops to identify target audiences and segmentation needs, review existing email templates and branding guidelines, define campaign goals and KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) 
• Assess CRM data quality and readiness for marketing use 
• Install Click managed solution in Dynamics 365  CE
• Configure domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, CNAMEs) 
• Create up to 5 marketing lists (static or dynamic) 
• Create 1 email template using the Click editor 
• Configure 1 email send with tracking enabled 
• Build out a subscription management page for compliance and user preferences 
• Train users on creating and managing marketing lists, designing and sending emails, viewing and interpreting email performance metrics, and managing subscription preferences  in up to 3 training sessions
• Provide quick reference guides or documentation 
• Monitor initial email campaign performance 
• Address any configuration issues 
• Recommend next steps for scaling or enhancing usage

• Click basic package is required
