Skype for Business to Teams: 5-Day workshop

Introduction

When it comes to the Skype for Business to Teams transition, interoperability is key, so is the ability for Teams and Skype for Business users to share presence and communicate with each other via chat or calling. CPS has the knowledge and expertise to assist with this transition and has successful delivered this to organisations of varying size and sectors in the UK and abroad. To kick-off this workshop, CPS will engage with business stakeholders to map out the journey from Skype for Business to Teams. The workshops will consider the outcomes the customer requires and the technical landscape. CPS consultants will then build an approach and play this back to the customer.
