It brings together two connected services: a fast prototype that proves an idea with real users, and a dedicated build pod that takes proven ideas into production and adoption. How the engagement works

The two services run as one journey, from proving an idea to building and scaling it. The agenda runs in two phases.

Phase 1: Prototype, 2 week sprints

• Capture the hypothesis with the team that owns the idea, including non-coders, and agree the users and success measures.
• Build a working prototype in Power Apps, a Power Apps code app, or Power Pages, inside your own governed environment.
• Test the prototype with real users, then weigh usability and feedback against the hypothesis.
• Agree a go, no-go, or version 2 recommendation, with an indicative build path.

Phase 2: Build pod, a 3, 6, or 12 month term

• Mobilise a dedicated pod with a named Solution Architect and developer team, and agree the backlog and governance guardrails.
• Deliver improvements in short, fortnightly sprints, with time built in for your testing and sign-off.
• Build Power Platform apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents against governed, reusable patterns.
• Deploy working value to users, capture adoption evidence, and re-prioritise so the pipeline never stalls.

Engineering changes and technical artefacts

• A working, user-tested prototype in your own tenant, using sample data where real data would carry risk.
• Production solutions rebuilt as optimised, source-controlled, maintainable code, promoted through Power Platform Pipelines.
• A governed Microsoft Dataverse data model, with sign-in and access control through Microsoft Entra.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents where agent-led automation fits the need.

Deliverables

• A clear, testable hypothesis and a working prototype for each idea or pack of ideas.
• A usability and feedback assessment, and a go, no-go, or version 2 recommendation.
• A dedicated build pod delivering a continuous pipeline of governed Power Platform and AI solutions.
• Adoption support and value evidence for delivered solutions.
