Phased Approach

PHASE 1 | DISCOVER (week 1)

• Identify one business use case and dataset

• Conduct workshops to define objectives and success criteria

• Confirm data sources and architecture preference (Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, or Azure Databricks)

• Deliverable: Architecture brief and readiness plan

PHASE 2 | BUILD (weeks 2–3)

• Deploy core environment
(Fabric workspace / Azure SQL DB / Databricks workspace)

• Ingest one dataset (up to 10 entities)

• Create semantic model and reporting layer

• Deliverable: Working end-to-end data pipeline and dashboard

PHASE 3 | DEMONSTRATE (week 4)

• Showcase insights and architecture to stakeholders

• Present cost model, scalability plan, and next-step roadmap

• Deliverable: Pilot demo and next-phase proposal
