Industrial Data & AI Kickstart: 4-Week Workshop

The Industrial Data & AI Kickstart is a 4‑week engagement that guides industrial companies in defining and designing their Microsoft–based industrial data foundation. Through targeted workshops, we help customers connect OT/IT needs with Microsoft cloud and edge capabilities most suitable and applicable for their needs, such as Azure IoT Edge, Azure IoT Hub, Azure IoT Operations, Azure Event Hub, Azure Event Grid (MQTT broker), Azure Data Explorer, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Foundry.

Objectives:

• Align business and operational priorities with the data & AI ecosystem
• Identify high‑value initial use cases enabled by edge and cloud capabilities
• Define an initial edge‑to‑cloud architecture (security, data, analytics)
• Establish governance and operating model foundations for data & AI adoption
• Deliver an actionable roadmap for implementing and scaling on selected components across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Foundry

Outcomes:
